Description
LibElle is a program offered by the Foundation Against Violence Against Women*. The program provides women with and without children-who have had to flee to a women's shelter after experiencing violence-with temporary safe housing and professional support. Currently, seven apartments are available in the Bern and Biel regions. The LibElle project was tested and evaluated during a four-year pilot phase and has now been incorporated into the service agreement between the cantons of Bern and Fribourg.
